These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all interactions between Intercept Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers (“you” or “user”), including your use of our website and the purchase of goods and services available on it.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing any orders.
1. Use of Our Website
By accessing any part of our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and share your information. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, as your continued use of our website will constitute your acceptance of any changes.
2. Privacy & Data Handling
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We process personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available in the footer of this website). To successfully fulfil your purchases, you acknowledge and agree that your delivery information will be securely transmitted to our specialized regional manufacturing workshops and designated logistics couriers strictly for production and delivery purposes.
3. Age-Restricted Material
Certain products available in our store may contain graphic, explicit, or mature content that is not suitable for minors. By purchasing such materials, you confirm that you are of legal age to access and purchase age-restricted content in your jurisdiction. Intercept Studios reserves the right to cancel any orders where we suspect the buyer does not meet the legal age requirements.
4. Contract Formation, Production, & Order Restrictions
  • Order Acceptance: A binding contract is only formed once we process your payment and dispatch your order (or transmit it to our automated made-to-order production queue). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Decentralised Delivery: Because we operate across a network of specialised workshops to guarantee premium quality, items within the same order may be processed on different schedules, packaged differently, and shipped separately.
  • Region Restrictions (GPSR): In compliance with global product regulations, select items may feature geographic purchasing restrictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check regional availability as detailed on individual product pages before checkout.
5. Prices, Currency, & Payment
  • Pricing Accuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy of all prices listed on our online shop; however, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We are under no obligation to fulfil orders for goods at an incorrect price.
  • Currency Processing: All transactions are finalised and processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Any local currency conversions displayed on the storefront are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any foreign exchange or bank processing fees applied by your financial institution.
  • Payment Gateways: Payments can be made via PayPal or Shopify Checkout. Transactions are governed by their respective secure terms and conditions.
6. Cancellations & Returns
  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be sent to info@interceptstudios.com. Once an order has entered our automated bespoke production lines or has been physically dispatched from our South Wales warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Accidental Orders: Orders placed by mistake and canceled before processing will be refunded minus the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processors.
  • Returns & Exchanges: All returns, exchanges, and claims for transit damage are strictly governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because a significant portion of our catalog consists of bespoke, made-to-order pieces, we do not accept returns or free exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website—including images, graphics, product text, layout design, logos, and original or licensed artwork (including the Official Fighting Fantasy portfolio and the independent Terry Oakes archive collection)—is owned by Intercept Studios or our respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our website content or artwork for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from us.
8. International Import Duties & Customs
As a UK-based business, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearances, import duties, and local taxes levied by the destination nation. You acknowledge that the buyer is entirely responsible for these charges. Intercept Studios has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all information will be free of errors, and we reserve the right to make changes to website materials, goods, or services at any time without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intercept Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products.
