Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 working days of your purchase. Orders placed over weekends or regional public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day at the earliest.

Please note: During high-volume periods—such as seasonal sales, promotional launches, or holiday rushes – fulfilment and courier processing queues may experience minor extensions. • Split Deliveries: Items contained within a single order may be dispatched separately and arrive in multiple packages at slightly different times.
• Packaging Variations: Courier networks, tracking options, and packaging aesthetics will vary depending entirely on the specific product category and the regional facility managing its fulfilment.

• Pre-Order Shipping: We aim to dispatch all pre-order items to arrive during their official release week. While we strive to meet these timelines, international shipments are subject to overseas transit variances and may experience minor delays.
• Pre-Order Product Availability: We do not maintain a rigid timeline for pre-order listings. Upcoming releases may become available for pre-order several months in advance, or as little as a week prior to launch.
• Combining In-Stock & Pre-Order Items: If you place an order containing a mix of immediately available inventory and upcoming pre-orders, our logistics system splits them automatically:
  1. Your in-stock items will be processed and shipped within our standard 5 working days.
  2. Your pre-order items will be shipped separately in time for their official release week.
     There is no additional shipping or postage fee passed on to the buyer for this multi-stage delivery.
     
     

• Standard Inventory: Items dispatched directly from our primary offices are shipped via Royal Mail. Lower-value orders utilise standard 1st or 2nd Class mail services, while high-value shipments are upgraded to tracked and/or signature-required services.
• Bespoke Merchandise: Made-to-order apparel and specialty wall art are fulfilled locally via our regional workshop courier lines.
• Free UK Shipping Threshold: Selected in-stock items dispatched directly from our South Wales inventory qualify for free UK shipping on orders totalling £90 or more. Please note that our custom made-to-order apparel and fine art print collections are explicitly excluded from this free shipping threshold, as noted on individual product pages.
  
  

• Rolled (Postal Tube): Posters are carefully rolled and protected inside a rigid cardboard postal tube. Selecting this premium option may incur higher shipping rates due to courier dimensional restrictions. If ordering posters alongside heavy or structural media, the rolled tube option may be forced to ship separately.
• Folded (Flat Envelope): Posters are cleanly folded and dispatched inside a secure, flat protective envelope.

• Transactional Currency: All orders are listed, processed, and captured in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Any local currency conversions displayed on our storefront are estimated values for customer convenience. Intercept Studios is not responsible for external bank conversion charges or processing fees.
• Shipment Tracking: Tracking availability depends entirely on the specific courier service required for your products. Standard Royal Mail 1st/2nd class services do not feature live tracking. If your items utilise a tracked courier line, your unique tracking code will be emailed upon dispatch or can be requested at info@interceptstudios.com.
• Address Updates & Cancellations: Address corrections or order cancellations must be submitted immediately to info@interceptstudios.com before fulfilment workflows begin. Once an item has been transferred to our automated manufacturing queue or physically loaded onto a courier transport, address changes or order cancellations are legally impossible.
• International Customs & Duties: Orders bound for international destinations may incur customs clearance delays, import taxes, or local duty fees. These charges are independent of Intercept Studios and remain the sole legal responsibility of the recipient.
