Intercept Studios — Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit under the specific conditions outlined below.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers Only)
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day the last item in your order is delivered to return your items for a full refund to your original payment method. If the final day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window extends to the next working day.
- No Restocking Fees: In compliance with consumer protection directives, no restocking fees will be applied to returns initiated within this mandatory 14-day window.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: You, the customer, are responsible for organizing and paying the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility in South Wales.
2. Extended Voluntary Store Policy (Global / Days 15–30)
For non-EU/UK customers, or for requests initiated between Day 15 and Day 30 from your delivery date, the following store rules apply:
- Restocking Fee: All returns processed during this extended period are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Return Options: Returns during this extended window are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
- Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for organizing and paying for return shipping. Items must be sent back in brand-new, sealed, and resalable condition.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, features a manufacturing flaw, or we sent the wrong product, you have a legal right to a replacement or refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@interceptstudios.com with your order number and photographic evidence:
- Our Review Process: Please email clear photos highlighting the defect or transit damage.
- Resolution: Once verified by our team, we will manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement copy to you entirely at our expense, or issue a full cash refund. Depending on the item, we will provide instructions if a physical return to our main offices in South Wales is required.
4. Order Cancellations
- Before Fulfillment: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time until the item is fulfilled or enters production. No transaction or payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
- After Fulfillment: Once an item has been physically dispatched from our inventory or sent to production, cancellations are impossible. You will need to wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.
